Description:

5/8" x 24" Graphite Crucible Stir Rod

The 5/8" x 24" Graphite Crucible Stir Rod delivers reliable stirring for molten materials during the melting process. Crafted from high-density, fine-grain graphite, this stir rod resists thermal shock, maintains dimensional stability under high temperatures, and provides long-lasting performance through repeated heating and cooling cycles.

Note: flux may adhere to the graphite during mixing, so plan for occasional cleaning to preserve stirring performance. The 24-inch length helps reach deep crucibles while keeping hands safely away from hot surfaces. This model is not recommended for use with platinum, to avoid compatibility issues.
