Description:
A733P PNP Bipolar Junction Transistor Pack of 5
The A733P PNP Bipolar Junction Transistor (2SA733P) is a compact PNP silicon transistor designed for general-purpose switching and audio-frequency (AF) amplifier applications. It features a maximum collector-emitter voltage of 50V, maximum collector current of 150mA, and collector-base voltage of 60V, making it suitable for low-power electronic circuits, signal amplification, and transistor switching applications.
The P-grade version provides a DC current gain (hFE) of 200400, while its maximum emitter-base voltage is 5V and total power dissipation is 250mW at 25C. Housed in a TO-92 3-pin package, this A733P transistor is convenient for through-hole PCB assembly and prototyping. This 2SA733P PNP transistor comes in a pack of 5, making it useful for electronics projects, amplifier circuits, switching stages, and educational applications.
