Pneumatic Grease Pump

Description:

Upgrade your maintenance routine with this pneumatic grease pump set, designed for use with standard 400g cartridges. Its pistol-grip design allows precise and efficient lubrication at the pull of a trigger, giving you full control over the grease output for even, accurate application on moving parts. Perfect for trucks, agricultural equipment, industrial machinery, and any application where reliable lubrication maximizes performance and longevity.

The angled connection between the reservoir and the handle reduces refilling distance and optimizes weight distribution, making the pump easier to handle and ideal for hard-to-reach lubrication points. Safety features include a pressure relief valve and oil outlet, ensuring safe, clean operation by preventing excess pressure buildup and grease overflow.

Enjoy maximum flexibility with three easy filling methods:

• Standard 14 oz. (400 ml) cartridge for quick, mess-free loading
• Manual filling directly with 400 ml of bulk grease
• Air-powered grease filling for high-speed, efficient lubrication

Compatible with a wide range of air compressors (210 bar), the pump achieves optimal performance at 5 bar and can operate up to 10 bar (140 psi). Output pressure ranges from 80415 bar, allowing effective lubrication even under high loads and at difficult access pointsup to 6000 psi. The 1/4" air connection ensures simple attachment to pneumatic systems.

The complete kit includes everything needed for professional results:

• 400 ml grease reservoir
• 180 mm rigid bent nozzle for precise application
• 300 mm flexible hose for hard-to-reach areas
• Two interchangeable grease couplers
• Pistol handle with 1/4" air connector for fast, stable hookup

For best results, lubricate your air system before use to prevent wear and ensure peak performance. Compact and durable, with a chrome-plated reservoir and enameled handle for corrosion resistance and long service life. Measures 380 mm x 60 mm x 340 mmeasy to handle and store in your workshop or toolbox.

This pneumatic grease pump is a reliable, versatile solution to streamline your lubrication tasks, reduce downtime, and extend the life of your vehicles and machinery.
