Powder Coating - Metallic Set
Powder coating is an accessible way of adding vibrant colors to your pieces. Dip or sift colors onto clean metal and bake in a toaster oven. Heat metal at curing temperature of powder coating for 10 minutes before application. Powder coat any metal, fired metal clay, glass, plastic, wood, etc.
This set containsfive metallic colors - Ultra Black Chrome, Misty Midnight, Dusted Purple, Goldtastic and Crystal Blue.
- Ultra Black Chrome is a unique one of a kind deep charcoal. This color is a polyurethane solid tone powder coat and has a high gloss finish.Bake at 375F/190C for 15 minutes
- Misty Midnight is a navy blue with a heavy navy blue metallic flake. This color is a polyester metallic powder coat and has a high gloss finish.Bake at 400F/204C for 10 minutes
- Dusted Purple is a bright purple with a silver metallic flake. This color is a polyester top coat powder coat and has a high gloss finish. Top coat is transparent. The color and brightness of the surface will affect the finished appearance.Bake at 400F/204C for 10 minutes
- Goldtastic is a brilliant gold metallic. This color is a polyester metallic powder coat and has a semi-gloss finish.Bake at 400F/204C for 12 minutes
- Crystal Blue is a bright blue with a blue metallic flake. This color is a polyester metallic powder coat and has a glossy finish.Bake at 400F/204C for 10 minutes
The color samples shown are over brass. These colors will remain the same over all substrates.
